2005 in Rousse Milen VELIKOV and Peter KRALEV established estate-PM Ltd.
The main goal of the company is selling real estates and property management.
The company covers the territory of
Tutrakan Kubrat,
Popovo,
Byala,
Dve mogili,
Svishtov,
Pavlikeni,
Razgrad, and
Ivanovo
municipalities. At the end of 2006 the company has over 100 foreign clients mainly from the UK.
Estate-PM specializes in the sale of
rural houses,
plots,
industrial land,
vineyards,
etc.
In the early 2007 estate-PM Ltd. established a professional team of specialists who make entire
renovations to already sold properties. The transformation of the properties of old houses into
modern homes to live gave us a great advantage in the market and won the trust of many customers
who decided to buy their dream home in Bulgaria.
In 2008 estate-PM Ltd. invests in their largest project - the construction of 30 individual family houses located only 10 minutes from the city of Ruse, on top of the village and incredible view to Danube river. This project is developed on the basis of looking for new properties in excellent condition, a good distance around Rousse and the necessity of a view to the Danube. Bulgarian, Romanian and English customers showed strong interest in the project and its location.
In 2009 estate-PM Ltd. went out into the front position of the foreign market in Rousse region.
